Getting Started
This video goes over everything your student needs to know to get started in their course. This video will show what happens when your student is added to the system and a course. It will show the welcome email your student will receive and the steps for setting up their password and logging into My Course Portal.

Getting Your Students Started with their Online Courses
Getting your students started in their online courses is easy. Simply order the courses you need and an enrollment confirmation email will be sent to your student. Once your student has gotten started, you can track their progress right from the dashboard!
Communication
There are multiple ways to communicate with your students' instructors through the portal. You can go to Messages from the dashboard menu on the left or from the envelope icon at the top right. You can also view announcements by clicking the bell icon at the top right.
Student Progress
From the dashboard, you can see all of your student's enrollments, who their instructors are, what their current semester grades are in the course, and what their end dates are for each enrollment. Selecting the instructor's name will allow you to send a message. Selecting the Gradebook icon will take you into your student's course in Buzz.
Transcripts & Grade Reports
You can print out your student's grade reports or progress reports at any time by selecting the Transcripts & Grade Reports button on the dashboard menu. Grade reports are unofficial transcripts. Progress reports are documents that show your student's current grade in an active course. You can request official transcripts once your student has completed their course.
